As we are only a small business structure, we have little over heads which means that the end result is always a cheaper outcome for the customer. We are passionate about cars and even more passionate about our transparency with customers. Nothing frustrates us more than talking to someone who has swiped their credit card and spent a lot of money and then ask them, what they had repaired only for them to tell us ‘they don’t know’. If a customer wants more clarity on why their car may need repairs, we go to great length to make sure they understand. We are also able to email or text you step by step tutorial videos explaining how the repairs are carried out and why they need doing.
